Sign in with microsoft and nintendo account

We understand that you're having trouble connecting your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. It sounds like you may have accidentally clicked on the Xbox sign-in page instead of the Nintendo Switch sign-in page.



To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, please follow these steps:



1. On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings > Users > Add User.

2. Create a new user account and select "Sign in using a Microsoft account."

3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Microsoft account and link it to your Nintendo Switch.

You will need to link your Nintendo profile to MS account. This will allow you to play with others on non-Nintendo devices such as iOS, Android, Xbox One, and Windows 10 (and above) via cross-play, Realms, or Servers.

To sign in, open the Minecraft game home screen, click Sign in with a Microsoft account. You’ll see a screen asking you for a unique eight-digit code.

Enter the URL shown on the screen (https://login.live.com/oauth20_remoteconnect.srf) on another device (PC or mobile phone). Follow the instructions on the website by entering the code and to finish signing in to your Microsoft account.

Try signing out of your microsoft account and signing back in on your nintendo switch.

You would have to sign out completely with the old Microsoft account, then sign in with the new one. Problem arises if you used the old Microsoft account as the Nintendo switch log in you will have all kinds of errors. Any account issues thru Nintendo you
can contact them at
Nintendo support.
