Sign in with another controller

I do not have access to an internet connection for a while and when i sign into my accout in kick me off not even 30 secons later and says “bye ***** please sign in with a controller”, i have tried restarting/ hrd rebooting my xbox one and it still does
it. Is there anything i am able to do to fix it without a connection?

you need to play with atleast another person or sign in another controller as a guest and play split screen

When you sign the second controller and you select Guest, you shouldn't have a problem with the spitscreen. Are you sure that that the second controller isn't sign onto another account?

I'm afraid there's not a fix, I think the internet connection should fix it.

Thanks, thats what i was thinking it is, ill be able to get internet access soon so i hope thats it

i was on the dashboard then went to sign in with another controller then got signed out strait away now this is happening ppl on my fl seem to be signing in with no problems what so ever this is a joke
