Sign in with a gold membership? I have one! What is going on?

I put a day one edition 12 month code that came with shado jago like 3 months ago, and now it says I don't have a Gold Subcription? What gives? I have tried a hard restart of the XBOX ONE to no avail.

Xbox gold subscription

i have gold till August on my Xbox one. When I sign in on my Xbox 360 with the same gamertag it says I have 3 days of gold remaining. What is going on.

I recently purchased a xbox gift card and when I try to purchase xbox gold it say "get started add a way to pay " . I had added my gift card before I tried to purchase xbox gold why is it not giving me the option to pay with my microsft account money

I started having this problem some minutes ago and then I received an email from ms stating that my gold account was canceled .... I didn't ask them to cancel. I was playing BF4 and the game threw me back to the dashboard stating that in order to play i
must have gold subscription
