sign-in window not appearing when I click sign in with Microsoft?

Please go to your console, sign in with your account, then tap on the silver guide button in the middle of the controller.

The Xbox Guide menu will appear. Go two clicks to the right and then pick Account Management. From there, go two clicks to the right to Account Security and select Change Windows Live ID. The email which appears is the Microsoft
Account, the email address to use to sign in. Please confirm that is the email address you use to sign in with, for the vast majority of these cases are when folks sign in with an email address which does not match the account on the Xbox.

I got my solitaire collection working again, here's what I did:

When the green logging into Xbox window comes up hit Alt+F4

You should get a window with play as guest option, click it.

You're in solitaire now, click the green Xbox ball in the top right of the window.

A sign in prompt will appear, click it.

Now your signed into Xbox Live.

Close and re-open solitaire, it should work ok.

I see, let's try this instead:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update

Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with the account that owns the game and verify if the game appears (check on both Xbox app and Microsoft store, on the Microsoft store search directly for the game)

Yes, Windows is updated & I'm able to sign in to my Xbox/ Microsoft account, but the problem is still there. The Xbox sign in tab that shows up when launching MSFS doesn't respond when I click on "sign in". Drivers are up to date too.

Hello this has been happening to me for a while now I couldn't click the game tiles or anything for that matter on gamepass for pc, clicking wouldn't do anything. I wondered if it was something to do with my microsoft account as my profile photo was not showing for gamepass even though I was signed in and I also changed my password which may have caused a problem. So I have just fixed it on my pc so I hope this can help someone. This is what I did. I couldn't click anything in the gamepass pc app but I wanted to sign out to try to clear error, so I signed out of my account at the top right of the microsoft store app, then I clicked the windows start button and signed out of windows. Signed back into windows, went to windows settings, accounts, manage my microsoft account, signed out of my microsoft account at the top right, then signed out of windows again. Signed back into windows, then I think gamepass had message that I was not signed onto ms store. so clicked that and signed back into ms store and ms account and gamepass pc is working now.
