    So, whenever I have tried to sign into my xbox, I get the circling green loading symbol that doesn't go away.

    I try resetting my console and it constantly logs me out when I get back on.

    Does anyone have any troubleshooting, or could this be result of me changing my email address linked to my microsoft account because my last email was hacked into.

    Having same issue on Xbox one X. I’m able to sign in on regular Xbox one though. Very strange

    Try this. Log out of all profiles on the console then remove your profile from the console completely. Once you have done that perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try signing in. It may take a little longer than usual.

    its via wireless and their are no codes. i tested the connection and it was good to go but when i try to connect it just says "can't connect to Xbox LIVE. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again.
