    Sign In Troubles


    Earlier today, I was trying to get onto my Xbox One and it wouldn't let me sign in. When I tried, it simply said to try again in a few minutes, which I did. My friends are saying that my account is going online and offline repeatedly and has been for 3 hours.
    Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, do you know how to fix it?

    Having same issue on Xbox one X. I’m able to sign in on regular Xbox one though. Very strange

    Hello Wendigo,

    Have you tried to see if anybody else is connect to your profile at the same time you are if not i would reset you modem and router by unplugging it for 30 sec and plug it back in. Also try to make sure you can sign in on xbox.com and there is no issues
    with that maybe your password has expired for you account that is associated with the xbox live account. I would also check the Xbox live server at the time you are signing in to see if they are fully operational and no service are interrupted. This happen
    to me on the 7th of march all i did was reset my modem/router and power cycle my console which can be found

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console    .

    trouble signing in

    its via wireless and their are no codes. i tested the connection and it was good to go but when i try to connect it just says "can't connect to Xbox LIVE. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again.
