Sign in troubles

The account that I can't sign into gives me this, "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x80860010."

Sign In Troubles

Starting on Jan 22, have not been able to sign in to xbox live. Get an error messge saying it can't connect to my xbox. I don't have an xbox. Play Sudoku on my laptop but it has always connected to xbox live and kept track of my challenges. What happened?

My 10 year old just got signed up for xbox live about 3 weeks ago on his old x box. He got a new xbox for christmas and we cannot seem to get him signed in on his new xbox. I know the email and password is correct. It tells me the name associated with this
account is signed in and needs to be signed out. I don't understand or know how to correct this problem.

 

I have the same issue but with error code 0x87DD0006

 

I'm having the same problem ...

 

Same issue here. Tried to go offline and log in. It logged me in but none of the content on the home, mixer, or store pages would load. Couldn't play any my games either. Still showed me as logged out.

Something something must be wrong with the servers nobody in the United States can sign in right now

 

Having same issue on Xbox one X. I’m able to sign in on regular Xbox one though. Very strange

 

does anybody have any clue how long this may take too fix???
