    Sign in trouble


    I received a new console for Christmas and when signing in to existing account it has info on it to verify that I Don’t have access to anymore. When doing the massive amount of reset options i landed at something telling me I have to wait 30 days to have that info updated. Is there anywhere I can call or email to verify I’m the owner of the account or do I actually have to wait 30 days to use the new console?

    its via wireless and their are no codes. i tested the connection and it was good to go but when i try to connect it just says "can't connect to Xbox LIVE. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again.
