Sign in to profile used for purchase?

I can't play games that I own. Tells me to login to the profile I'm on. It also takes me to the store so I can buy it but it doesn't even let me. What do I do?

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

XBox 360 Features aremissing or corrupt

have you tried downloading your profile? may be a corrupt profile issue. sign out of your current profile and then select "download profile" use your email address and password you used to sign up for your profile.

Thanks for the reply but the content on my xbox360 can not be used by other profiles unless the one that purchased the content is sign in. I signed in the the main that purchased the DLC and the other profiles could use it.if I sign out with that account
it does not work.I did a license transfer and re downloaded everything does not work unless it is signed in.

If all of the other profiles are using the same console, then they will be able to use it.

When you purchase content it is tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. So all profiles can use the content as long as they are on the console it was purchased on. The gamertag that purchased the content can use
the content on any console as long as it is signed into Live.

it has to be the purchasing console otherwise the purchasing gamertag must be signed into live at all times for the other profiles to use the content
