Sign in , Store and game launch issues

If you already have purchased the game you can download it from the ready to download games in your console

I found this on another forum....

As the device is listed, please try the following

Sign out of Microsoft Store,

reset it, and then sign in to the same Microsoft account and see if the issue persists.

Launch Microsoft Store, sign out from it, and exit the same.
Press ‘Windows + R’ keys on the keyboard together to open the Run dialog box and type the following into the Run box:
wsreset.exe
Wait for the command to run its course and sign in to Store once it automatically launches to see if works.

A fix that worked for me is this:

1: close out of the game

2: sign out of the microsoft store

3: restart your computer

4: log back into the microsoft store

5: with the store still open, go to the ARK store page and launch the game from there

this worked for me and many others who were having this issue, hopefully it fixes it for you too

That's perfect then. Please sign out both on Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in. After that try re-launching the game.

So, you can play the games, it's just the advertisement for Game Pass that is bothering you - this can be exited, and the game can continue to be played after pressing the B button? You've been able to play without signing up for game pass? And when you Launch from the Store and from your Library, you have no issues whatsoever beyond the Game Pass Pop up? And this happens when you launch from the store and from your Owned games library?
