Sign in screen

Discus and support Sign in screen in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So i turn on my Xbox one console. so far everything normal. but it will show this black screen with the circle in the middle saying,"Signing you in"...     Sign in screen


    So i turn on my Xbox one console. so far everything normal. but it will show this black screen with the circle in the middle saying,"Signing you in" Again, normal.

    soon after, i will get a notification saying that I'm signed in but the black screen the the words saying that its signing me in is still there and i have to wait some time before I'm in the menu ready to play my game. why is this happening? if possible,
    how do i stop it?

    Are you signed in ?
    Doesn't appear to be anybody signed in, looking at the top left corner of screen.

    I can't sign in. Can you help me?

    Every time I try to sign in, the screen flickers and dumps me back to the sign in screen. Help.

    Profile might be slightly corrupted , go into settings and accounts and remove it (make sure you have the email and password to get it back) then shut down the Xbox by holding the Xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds , while it is off , unplug your modem
    and router for 30 seconds to clear them also ...when your modem and router cone back online , start up the Xbox , when it comes all the way up , re add your profile...it may sync for a short while but should be good afterwards. .

    Hi, done this this, still not working any other suggestions would be most appricated. I know there been issues with due the volumn of people so in the mean time will just keep trying, Thank you
