Sign-in Screen Flashes Three Times on Microsoft Xbox App.

Open File Explorer.

Navigate to the following:

C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.

and try again, please.

I also just did the Windows 10 Media update and still have the error.

Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

After these steps try to log in again.

If the issue persists close the Xbox app completely and open/install the Xbox Companion app, log in with your account, then open the Xbox app and see if your account is logged in.

When I go to C:\Users\ I have two to choose... one is 18067 folder(this would be what I use to login and always use) and one is Public folder... when I enter both, there is no AppData, etc. Its just programs, etc. No folders with AppData

Unfortunately, I have no idea other than doing a clean install of Windows and formatting the hard drives.
