sign in repeats even though the info and password is correct

I am tying to sign in but it says my email and password are invalid even though they are correct.

I have the same issue. Even though the correct login info is typed, when it asks whether to store the password it would say incorrect password and log out. Very annoying. This occurred after I changed my hotmail account name

Hi I was having the same problem, xbox randomly started asking me for my email and password, for no reason at all after signing in, when i selected remember password after signing in it kept saying it was the wrong info (even though I know it was correct)
I deleted my profile and then discovered it would not let me download it again!! Arghhhh!! To cut a long and annoying story short, I followed the steps above and it has worked, so thank you very very much

Did it auto sign you out of the xbox one spotify app even though the day before everything worked great, then you try to sign in with the correct email and password but it still says invalid email or password? This happened to me awhile back. I had to
go to the spotify page on my tablet and reset the spotify password. Now the xbox one version works fine.
