Sign in/profile pic completely blank?

Here are a couple of things to try.

First, try a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console down for 10 seconds or until the console shutdown completely. Wait a couple of minutes and then restart it and when it is complete up and logged in see if you are still experiencing
the issue.

Second, if that doesn't work try removing your profile from the console then re-download it. Let us know how it goes.

so ive noticed when i change the profile pic on the console or the website, i can see the changes on the community tab from when i make game clips and also on other consoles but not on my personal console sign in/profile page. also now my GS shows 0 under
sign in, but 69k elsewhere. i also have an issue when im signed in at the home page that it has a blank pic and says sign in

The blank pic and Loading... for a tag have reappeared and I still keep getting signed out when moving around the site.
