    Sign in problems with mine and my sons profiles on xbox live


    Created an account for my son under mine in the family setting. Now, only I can sign into Xbox Live. I can't sign him in.

    New XBOX Live Membership

    I just renewed our xbox live membership and it won't allow my son to sign in with his profile. How do I get this to work for my sons profile and not just mine (mom- the admin)?

    i reedemed a 90 day xbox live card online it activated but my son cant sign on to xbox live because the email is associate with another profile.... The profile has to be my oldest sons way old account please help!!!

    Hi Francia J. Thanks for your reply. I don’t understand though. I’ve signed in with my email and password, my sons profile came up instantly but mine is missing.

    Can you not have two profiles on one email address?

    And how do I get Xbox live linked onto my new console? It’s all very confusing.

    I have xbox live gold. When my son presses A to play, he ask to download profile, sign in as guest. He clicks sign in as guest and it says you must have a valid xbox live account. Then kicks us both out and we are at the main menu. Thanks for the quick
    responses.

    So he has to use a different xbox live account for his name. He can just use mine. Not like it matters.

    Mine does this is both profiles are signed in. Make sure your son is signed out when not using it hopefully that sorts it.

    Mine will sign in with my profile at startup. So it should be on Live when it signs it in.
