Sign in problems and Download rights issue

what i want to discuss here. not rant but discuss because its understandable to have console

and internet issues but when those issues prevent you from doing anything at all. we shouldnt have

to be signed in to xbox live to play madden or call of duty. let me explain... my situation i just got home from the gym

with my buddy were ready to install titan fall but i cant sign in so immediately i check support. Bang i cant

sign in so titanfall installs and i decide to cut my wireless signal to sign on offline and the dang install stops because i need to

be connected at all times during installation which means everytime. THIS BARRIER THATS UP AND IMPOSED BY MICROSOFT NEEDS

to COME DOWN RIGHT NOW I DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE OR TIME TO WAIT FOR MY shinny black BRICK! TO BE FIXED! END RIGHTS

MANAGEMENT I MIGHT NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT ITS CALLED THAT MAKES IT A BRICK BUT GOT **** I PAID FOR A GAME SYSTEM

ho guess it's not just me.Click to expand... What issue are u having I can't sign into xbox live. On xbox.com/status they have acknowledge people are having problems signing in and are working on it.

I had to try to sign in 5 times before it actually let me, lol.

The necessity to connect for a game is set by the developers, please remember that all games currently being released have been in development since before the DRM change. Games like Titanfall are online only, this is set by the developer and not MS.

MS removed this necessity to connect, however you do need to connect for updates etc.

Did you purchase the DLC with the account you are currently signed into? If so, try looking for it on the store to re-download. There are some issues going on with Xbox Live as well right now so that may be part of the problem. (pages not loading and other
things)

The xbox live service is experiencing issues right now. This is causing problems signing into xbox live.

I'm having the same issues here. It's not an issue of connecting to XBL, it's an issue signing into it. I just tried to re-download my profile and I was prompted with the '800704DC' error message saying 'Sorry, XBL profiles can't be downloaded right now.
Try again later.'

I was experiencing the same issue (the error message when downloading). I tried to play Minecraft without signing in, and it told me to sign in. I downloaded my profile with no problem and my friend's list intact. Weird stuff.
