Sign in problems( 0x87DD000F)

Always having sign in issues.

Bloody pain in the arss.

I have a too disconnect everything and reboot everything sometimes to get things working. My play station just connects and works.

Please fix these time wasting issues Microsoft

According to Xbox support: "This error indicates that there may have been a service outage just before you tried to sign in." https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro...

However, as I have checked there are no issues at the moment which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Saying I’m not online even though I am.

Hey I've been getting this message for a bit when I'm trying to sign in Xbox live.

there was a problem we couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.xbox.com sign in: 0x87DD000F

Update: The One now reports all services are healthy. However when I try to sign in I get back the error:

"There was a problem.

We could not sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing into account.live.com Sign in:0x87DD000F
