Sign in problem, xbox s

Hello. I have a new xbox s which worked fine for 4 days. On the 5th day, it asked me to sign in, not previously asked. When clicking on the sign in tab, it pauses, flicks through a screen, and goes back to the “please sign in “ message. I have tried reset,
and factory reset, and always am unable to get to a sign in screen. I assume this means there is a fault with the machine, but would welcome any suggestions. Thanks

Have you seen if there are emails on the one you used for the xbox profile? see if there are confirmation emails. then I advise you to associate the account as home.

Same problem here. Xbox one S. My black xbox one signs in just fine. Gone through networking troubleshooting, and everything points to the XB one S.

What is it only Xbox One S..?? I haven't tried my black Xbox One....but it's still having issues on the S. Signs in no problem on using a Desktop as well. Fix please!

I have the same problem my Xbox S controller will not let me sign in when I press home button, can sign in via iPhone and laptop but not remote.

See for me when i first turn on my xbox it doesnt sign me on, but when i go to sign in it lets me and everything works fine,but when i check the notification it come up with the same "theres a problem" message. Wtf :s so i basically doesnt sign me in whenever
i turn the xbox on, but i can sign in manually myself :s weirddd!
