The problem is happening on the Android version of the app. I signed in on another device (also an Android, I do not have any IOS devices at hand) and the problem still persists. My associates account, when signed in on my original device, works completely fine.

I'm having this problem all the time. It's an app issue on the Xbox One. It never does it on the ps4 or my Android phone.

Are you signing in through the Xbox app for Android? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Which one did you download? There isn't an official Xbox Live app from Microsoft on the Android Marketplace, so any of them that you see are from third-party developers. Just be sure when downloading an app (this goes for all android or iOS apps) that it
has a good rating (3 stars or above) and read some of the reviews from other users if you are unsure about it.
