Sign in Problem on Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Get message 'Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com and restart this app' I'm already signed in at Xbox.com but the app still won't sign me in. Problem only in last 2 days. Have had help from a 'webchat' with both windows and xbox but
neither able to resolve problems. Any help most welcome. Thank you. I am using an Acer laptop and Windows 8.1

Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

I've been having the same issue for the past few days. I am able to sign in at Xbox.com, but the app never is able to sign me in.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149

Hi Sumio,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.
