So with the recent Games With Gold thingymabob, I got Watch_Dogs 1. I play it, it's pretty good. I go on 4th of July Va-ca (vacation) and I come back to play the game, and it now it has 'Sign in with the account that was used to buy this game or renew the
Xbox Live Gold subscription. I have 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, and I have signed in with the account used to buy this game!

Any help?

Cannot play NBA2k16

I get a message to Sign in or renew the subscription

It looks like your not signed in as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the xbox store (0X803f900a).

I renewed my xbox live subscription last week, and still cannot play this game.

"Sign in or renew subscription" error when launching

When trying to launch the game, the error 0x803f900a pops up asking to sign in with the buyer's account or check my Gold subscription, but both are correct. I tried signing out of the account and rebooting the console.

Sorry to hear it. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

It could also be that your disc drive in the console is not reading the disc, and as those games are on Game Pass & EA Access, then chances are that is what it is. I would try power cycling the console. Instructions here

Unfortunately, Fallout 4 is not longer available on Game Pass. The message you're getting is essentially because you have the game downloaded but don't own it. With the Game Pass subscription you only have access to play them whilst they're listed on the
currently available games. It's not like games with Gold where you keep it so long as you're subscribed.

The Game Pass app is a good way to keep up to date with titles coming to and leaving the service.

Did you actually purchase the game? Since it's no longer in Game Pass you would need to have purchased the game in order to continue playing it.
