Sign in occurred

I get this occasionally. It can be very annoying when it kicks you out of a game and you lose progress. My issue is the internet dropping briefly. As you say you get kicked back to the dashboard then I wouldn't suspect an issue with Xbox power. I suggest
the same as AridLizard has said, turn off your modem/router for a few minutes and then turn it on. If it persists, I would contact your ISP or possibly see about replacing the router.

Yes, is is most likely either the Power cycle or it happens to me when my internet gets reset

There is a possibility if you have ever given your xbox ip address to any of your friends or said it out in public thats the only way that you could get hacked but i wouldnt think so its probably your xbox bugging out if this worked click yes it helps
