*Sign in needed*

I need some help too cuz I got a new Xbox and I got my profile onto it. In the morning I could go on it but wen I got back from my friends it now says "you need to sign into messenger, I click ok then it says " this feature is unavailable" Status Code: d0000033

I dunno, I assumed it was just something people do. I asked someone else who has an account and they said you can give the details to 4 other people (I guess that's SUPPOSED to be for the same person to sign in at multiple places but whatever). Yeah I guess
he must've thought I was trying to take advantage or something but it's just a real shame as I have a lot of xbl friends but not many that I really 'click' with if you know what I mean... Ah well. I'm sure I'll find other people to kick @@@ with

Try clearing your cache and then redownloading your profile. Click the link below to find out how to clear your cache. You can download your profile by going to the Social tab then Sign In/Out and finally Download profile (no need to delete it first).

Going into your Profile online or on Xbox.com you could probably edit it. Unless you are talking about your Avatar just go into your avatar section and make a new one and just make it a guy
