Please make sure you are logged into the Xbox app, and the Game Bar (Windows key + g).

Check both the app and the game bar; being logged into the former doesn't necessarily mean you're signed into the later.

After signing in, restart your PC and try to launch the game again.

****. I am logged in absolutely everywhere where i need to be logged in to play the game and still the same error message after 3 days of trying daily. I have every useless microsoft app that i need for Forza and still nothing. Just come out and say that you are not capable of managing the game properly instead of gaslighting the people...
