Sign In Needed [despite being signed in]

Upon inserting another disc and loading up that game, i was forced to sign in despite being signed in already, so i believe it to be issues with the controller being signed in. To stop this from happening again, are there any suggestions as it has normally
worked but not always

I have the same issue as well as not starting games, not signing in and no images on screen despite all cables being connected properly.

Yep, I confirmed that it's in order history, however signing out of both apps, and restarting before signing back in did not work. Still not seeing the game in my Xbox library, despite it being in my Microsoft Store library.

Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

There's been sign in issues in the last 6 hours or so, despite being advised that they're now sorted, there are numerous reports on Twitter that there's still a problem.
