    Sign In Loop


    I am trying to sign into my microsoft account on my PS5 so i can play minecraft. On PlayStation, it pops up with two options that lead to the same place: scan QR code or enter in a url. After doing that, I enter in the code it gives and then it brings me back to sign into Microsoft with my email. I sign in again, enter the code, and then the loop repeats. How do I get out of the loop, connect my account, and play Minecraft?

    Please, on your PS5, delete the Minecraft local save data, this will enable you to link the account again.

    Follow these steps:

    On your PS5, Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. Select Saved Data (PS5) > Upload or Delete from Console Storage > Delete

    Select the Game > Delete > OK.

    Once deleted, launch the game again and do the linking process one more time.

    How about logging in your account to https://account.microsoft.com website? Do you encounter the same issue?
