Sign in loop in Xbox App

Discus and support Sign in loop in Xbox App in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; My Xbox App on PC says "Your Microsoft Store account must match your Xbox account".     Sign in loop in Xbox App


    My Xbox App on PC says "Your Microsoft Store account must match your Xbox account".

    I go to settings and click sign in under Microsoft account used for Xbox and successfully do so but it just returns to the same message under Cloud Gaming.

    I only use one Microsoft account for the Microsoft store and Xbox. How can I end this endless sign in loop so I can use Cloud Gaming on my PC?

    I have tried the following with no resolution:

    App repair

    Logging out of Microsoft Store

    Logging into Xbox App with "other account" selection

    Please, make sure your Windows is updated:

    Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

    Press the Windows key +R

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Restart your PC.

    Afterwards, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

    https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

    Are you able to sign into the Xbox App with MSA1 (while signed into Windows with MSA2), or do you get the same sign-in loop there too? If you are able to, start up the games with the Xbox App running and see how that goes.
