    Sign in issues?


    I am currently having issues signing in to my Xbox One S. It prompted me to this site and I can sign in to my account just fine in here. The error code is something I have never seen before. Tried looking it up in the code index and couldn’t find anything
    about it. Statuses shows that everything is up and running. I have completely restarted every component multiple times and still get this code: 0x800488FC . Any suggestions?

    Hello! There was a service impacting some users which should have been resolved around 11:15PM EST. If you still have the same error, quick hard reset should clear up any remaining issue.

    I guess everyone else is having the same problem I have. Mine is with Xbox One. I will be in the middle of a game and my Xbox One just shuts down and loses everything from that game. No it’s you can’t sign in that occurs over and over. I guess I’m going
    to have to go back to 360 I never had that trouble with it. I’m so tired of not being able to sign in. They sure want you to pay your gold dues every year but the never offer to give you anything when you can’t use it. Typical.
