Sign in issues with my xbox

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are getting randomly signed out of your account. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Does an error message or error code appear when you test the network or multiplayer connections
in the network settings? If you are using an Xbox One, we recommend
power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

removing and adding the account back to the console. Be sure to let us know the results

I have managed to resolve the issue I believe. The Microsoft store was signed in with my non xbox email. I have signed out and then in with my xbox account and appears to have resolved the issue on the Xbox Beta App. Many Thanks.

Xbox Live has been having some issues today but when you check the Xbox Live status these look like they are now resolved. Are you still experiencing issues now?
