You see i would not have as big of a problem with the service being down but you see the main problem is that YOU CANT PLAY A SINGLE GAME WITHOUT IT ASKING YOU TO SIGN IN. so why not this for every day the service is down that day will be refunded from your
xbox live so you not screwing people out of however many days it takes you people to not screw something up.

we pay approx 16 cents per day, also if you go into network settings and set as offline then you can play most of the games without issue.

Hey there John! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start with, I suggest making sure that your account is properly set up with Security Proofs and (if desired) Two-Step Verification. To do that:

Check to ensure that all of your
Security Proofs are valid and up to date.
Check to see if you have
Two-Step Verification enabled. If you do, be sure to properly set up the app password. If you don't want to use the app password, be sure to disable Two-Step Verification.
Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
Clear your system cache 3 times in a row. It sounds odd but 3 times in a row can help clear up stubborn issues like this.
Restart your console.
Download your profile.

Some NAT problems are subtle and don't appear in the Test Xbox Live Connection test. Most likely there's a port blocked... ports can be blocked in your gateway or
at your ISP. Since the Xbox 360 uses different ports than PCs & Macs use, you can't see the effect of a port blockage
except on the Xbox.

A sequential power cycle is the first step in clearing a port blockage, and this procedure is a little different than you may have done before:

1) turn off the Xbox then

2) unplug the power from the gateway.

3) Wait at least 30 secs then replug the gateway power.

4) Wait 'til the light on the front of the gateway which says ONLINE, READY, CABLE or DSL is on solid (not flashing), then plug in the gateway

5) Turn on the Xbox. For more background on Ports, see

Do you have another gamertag you can try this with to see if maybe there is some sort of issue with it?

If not, have you attempted to remove your hard drive and used a USB Flash Drive to try and see if that worked with you connecting to LIVE properly without having to logout and log back in?
