Sign-in issues, glitches, errors, sluggishness, and more...

Hi all

Since getting my xbox one this past december, I've been encountering a ton of technical glitches and other issues that range from being simply a minor nuisance to major frustration requiring me to perform restarts/hard resets/unplugging. I was hoping maybe
if I post some of my issues here perhaps someone who's had similar problems might know how I can fix them.

1) Random sign in issues -- when powering on my xbox (from sleep mode) i frequently do not automatically connect to xbox live on the first attempt. The dashboard loads and then it says "Having issues connecting?" on the right and sometimes will get a pop-up
message saying sorry could not sign in. Usually this is a nuisance because all I have to do is click up top to manually sign in my profile and it works the second time. However, occasionally even this does not work and I'm forced to reboot the console to sign
in.

2) Random party disconnects/errors -- sometimes when playing a game I'll either randomly disconnect from party chat or worse still, appear as if I'm still in party chat but not be able to hear anyone speaking. Then when I try to leave, I become "stuck" in
the party and unable to re-join it because apparently the xbox still thinks I'm connected but in reality I'm not. Even weirder are instances where I just have error messages appear over my party snap-bar even though I'm still connected and hearing my friends
talking but cannot interact with any options such as mute/leave/invite etc. on the party snap bar.

3) Friends list randomly stops working -- sometimes my friends list will just stop working and not load (usually snap bar just gives me an error or says cannot load at this time). Even more frustrating are other times when my friends bar loads but it shows
no friends online despite me playing with and being in a party with friends who are indeed online.

4) Xbox dashboard glitches out/breaks -- often when booting my console from power-save mode, I'll encounter an issue where no apps or games will load from the dashboard. It isn't a hard freeze because I can navigate around and click things but that's it.
I can click an app a thousand times but nothing will happen. I can try and manually quit out of a game (that isn't loaded) but when trying to select/start a game it will not load. This requires a hard-reset or reboot to fix

5) Overall sluggishness of the xbox interfaces/snaps -- for a brand new system, and one with a dedicated processor handling xbox dashboard activities, all too often the GUI/interface is slow and sluggish to the point where I feel like I'm using an old-school
1990s Windows 98 computer trying to open a program and having an hourglass. I try to snap an app like friends, party, or even just loading an app without a game playing in the background and I just sit there waiting for the spinning disc load icon to finish
praying not to get an error. It's even slower when a game is playing in the background. Is there any way to improve the performance of the GUI/dashboard on my end?

Current XBOX Settings/Configuration

Power mode: instant-on/quick boot

Network type: WIRED (ethernet), NAT type is OPEN, Xbox is set to a static IP on my router with ports properly forwarded and otherwise configured

Internet type: Cable modem with 50+ mbps down/20+ mbps upload speed
