Sign in Issue

I recently purchased an Xbox 360 title digitally, so i could play it on my Xbox One.

Now that its downloaded, it loads up fine, however when it asks me to sign in to Xbox Live (again) via the Xbox 360 emulation, it keeps giving me the error message

"Sorry this profile cant sign in to xbox live on this console, to fix it please download and try again"

firstly, what does that even mean? secondly, why cant it sign in all of a sudden? it worked fine with other 360 titles i played previously.

The only thing ive done differently since the last time i played a 360 title on my xbox one, was change my Xbox sign in name, and its the only thing i can think of that might cause a problem, as the Xbox 360 sign in STILL displayed my old gamertag rather
than the new updated one. Howver that isnt a problem on my end its yours, that name change cost me 7.99.

Game just cost me £15 so id like to get this fixed ASAP cheers.

Sign-in issue

I just double-checked the link looking for something I may have missed and still couldn't find the solution. There is no clear/obvious way to undo my xbox asking me for my email and password every time I want to sign-in to xbox live. My security proofs are
all where I want them to be, so I don't understand what continuously changing my proofs will do other than frustrate me more than I already am.

 

Sign-in issue

I've had this issue with my 360 since Tuesday (6/23/2013) whenever I turn my 360 on it tells me I'm offline, even though I have it set to automatically sign-in to xbox live. Then, upon signing-in to xbox live I keep on having to enter my Microsoft e-mail
address and password. Another side-note, ever since Tuesday and I'm signing-in I always uncheck the box for my console to remember my password, upon turning off my 360 and back on again it continues to show my password, which isn't even the correct password,
even though I unchecked every session while signing in to xbox live.

 

Hey KHVRN,

Have you redownloaded your profile via the Xbox 360 Guide while playing a BC 360 title? Just hit the Menu and View buttons as the same time, and select Download Profile. Enter your credentials and let your profile redownload. This should rectify the issue.
