Sign in issue I guess

Hello guys, I'm having an issue with signing in. Every time I try it puts me back to the sign in section on my xbox where I first started. There is an error code wich may help wich is 0x80070102. I've searched it but the results for this are roughly a
year old. This has been happening now for about an hour and I need some help. Thanks

Hard drive issue (I Guess ??)

Your temporary files on your Xbox 360 Hard Drive may be slowing those games down. Try deleting the system cache. If you do not know how to do that here is the link

I was scared at the beginning because the cleaning lasted less than a second...

Hi noroom4agdname.

To add to what SwiFT linked, sometimes this problem is resolved with a hard reset. To do that with your console on hold the power button down for about 8 second. After that turn the console back on. After that see if your Xbox connection starts working.
