    I play destiny and I am trying to cross save my accounts. in order to do so I have to verify my accounts. there is an xbox account on there that I do not remember the log in info for, I just know that I created it at some point, does anyone know how get
    the information for the account so I can log in and verify the account to delete it, or am I just out of luck. Someone please help. I have been trying to figure out the information all day.

    OK, lemme take a chance here.

    1) Go to http://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in with the parental Microsoft Account addresse (AKA the Windows LIVE ID) and password. Is the info there accurate and up to date? Does that ask you
    to unblock the account? Is there a balance due?

    2) Sign out. Sign in with your Microsoft Account and password. Is the info there accurate and up to date? Does that ask you to unblock the account? Is there a balance due?
