    Sign in help with ps4 with Minecraft


    I have Minecraft version 1.16 for ps4, every time I want to play with friends but it’s tells me that I need a Microsoft account, I go to the bottom left corner to sign in with a Microsoft account which keeps giving me the website and code to sign in even though I’ve done it multiple times, and already signed in more then twice. Can I have some help? This is for ps4 once again, just saying because it wasnt in any of the options in the category

    You may need to submit a ticket to Mojang in that way they can validate the account linked to your son's PS account.
