Sign in failures

Discus and support Sign in failures in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Running Build 9926 with all updates as of Jan 26/15...     Sign in failures


    Running Build 9926 with all updates as of Jan 26/15... Microsoft Jigsaw installs but then sends me to the store to re-sign into my account. Done! Next try, same result, back to store. Next suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall...Done (multiple times),
    situation remains the same... as an aside the same thing happens in Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Anyone with an idea as to the reason and/or a solution?

    Clicking sound in hard drive.

    I second the above. Daily I repair computers and a clicking Hdd is not a good sign. On its way to failure if it hasn't started to yet.

    It sounds like you might be experiencing connection issues. Can you please follow the instructions in our FAQ for checking for Windows Updates and running the Windows Update troubleshooter?:

    Hi and thanks for the reply! I have followed every (every!) suggestion that has been presented and despite all updates, reboots, uninstalls and re-installs, logging in and out of X-box (no problems there) I am stymied... all I can do is assume that an update
    will come along for this bug....one can always hope!
