Sign in error wtf!!!!

Apparently they have their "head team" on it.. whatever that means... I just want to play titanfall even just the tutorial would keep me at bay at this point

Support website was suppose to update us on the status 20 mins ago....smh

 

Finally updated and said the exact same thing it said an hour ago

 

welp i recommend everyone call there issuing bank or credit card and issue what they call a charge back which means you get your money back for the xbox because its not working as it should.

 

Good news? If you bought your Xbox One from Walmart in the last two weeks you can get a refund and buy a PS4. I'm packing this piece of junk and taking it back first thing in the morning.

 

I like how no one from xbox support has responded to anyone's questions in the forum and their "responses" every 30 min cycle Through The SAME 2 responses..... What A Crock Of shīt..... My Xbox Will Be GOING on Craigslist tomorrow.... cheap

I am having the same problem here aswell

 

unplug your console from the wall completely. wait at least 3 minutes and plug it back in...when you turn it back on, go to your settings and turn that instant on crap off. this way your console will fully shutdown every time.

Stop trying to make it seem that all is fine and dandy on your end. YOU are the problem, but by having your server status tagged as "up and running" you're making your customers freak out and they think the problem is on their end.

On a personal note, I'm going on about 24 hours now and I still can't log into Live on my Xbox One, and can't play Titanfall.

 

I regret buying a XBox One.. Is there any way I can get my money back? I've had it for only a few days. It won't let me sign in and I must sign in to watch Netflix and the other apps on it... I didn't realize how unreliable XBox is. I wish I would have went
with the PS4... GRRRR!!!!
