Sign in error issue

It did not fix the issue, I also attempted to sign in with another account and the same error happened. After the error I get "sign in error: Error encountered while signing into xbox live"

Thank you for trying to assist, I followed your directions, rebooted the router and modem, unplugged the power cable. Powered off the xbox. For 2 min, restarted. After 5 min plugged in and powered up the modem and router...

And still the same error.

I have tried all the standard troubleshooting processes out there so far. The problem persists.

If that's the case, we may need to reset the console-keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Kindly perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

When i sign in on the app and it gives me a code that i need to enter on youtube.com/activate it will just not sign in then say there was an error try again

The other issue with the page saying i have tried to sign in to many times says this

Authorization Error

Error 403: rate_limit_exceeded
