Hey guys, I had the same problem and pulled my power cord put for about a minute and plugged it back in I am online! Should be back on people. Better give us some stuff for the inconvenience!

 

Well whatever you do, don't do a factory reset. Took the chance to see if it'd work. Guess what? It doesn't.....suprised huh? I don't get much time to play this stupid machine. Hell I can't even use Netflix or Hulu. Xbox One keep doing that wonder job

well they did something cuz i just tryed mine and instant sign in so it seem there making some progress with something

The xboxone simply does not work, every time i give it a Try, something is not working, now i cannot not even do the login, searched for the error and landed Here... Omg thx to Sony, thx ps4 the Software there works...

 

Confirmed. Pulling power cord out from x1 for 60 seconds fixed the sign in issue..

 

Ran into the same problem a few minutes ago. I did a hard reset on the box and it signed in when it came back on. Hope this helps.

good to here im an ammbassador and theres like 100 ppl asking about there xbox if its broken and how to fix it atleast not i have something to tell them to try lmao

 

This is dumb, getting really mad, they better give some free stuff, and I'm talking substantial free stuff... My only day off and I can't even play my xbox... No wonder everyone is switching to a PS!!!!

 

After an hour i tried to do anything i could.

But after further inspection i found that if you get off of the error page it usually says sign in using a controller and rather if it does or doesn't try this.

(Go into settings, System, update controller you will need a micro usb charger such as one for an android, plug it into your controller and let the console update the controller)

Guys I just unplugged my xbox one for a min or so and plugged back in and it signed me in just fine.
