Sign In Error Code 0x80a30204

i dont think Microsoft will help they just say Look Up the Forums

My profile not signing and the code 0x80a30204 comes up and says it should work try again but my kinect not recognize me is there a problem with xboxlive?

Additionally there was a post
here where Xbox Forums Ambassador choppyseize suggested clearing the MAC address of the console.

This can be done by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller.
2. Scroll to the right and under the System tab select
   Settings.
3. Scroll down to Network and select Network settings.
4. Select Advance settings.
5. Select Alternate MAC address, and choose the option that reads
   Clear.

This will reset your console to take effect. Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

I did a Hard reset and it worked for me on error code 0x80a30204. For a Hard reset hold power button on console down for 10 seconds then power it back on.
