    Sign in error 0x80a4001b


    I try to sign in on my account and it asks for my password and when I put it in it goes back to the screen and asks me for my password again. I deleted the account off my xbox and tried redownloading it but now everytime I put in the email and passowrd it
    says "There was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a4001b)" I searched that error code but it doesn't exist??? Please help.

    i'm having issues in sign in with my account. Every time i try it asks me the password to log in, but then it keeps poping up this "0x80a4001b" error.

    I'tried to delete the account from the console and log in again, but it goes on with the error

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

    PS.

    I removed my account and tried to download the profile again, but isn't entering and is now displaying the error 0x80a4001b.

    For this issue, we'd recommend
    resetting the console     and choose the option to "Reset and keep my games and Apps" so that you do not have to reinstall your games and apps. After following these steps, let's have you try signing back into your account.
