Hey Eric...yeah I just did that without seeing your message,. I had tried just power cycling it a few times before. I guess by physically removing the power cord and waiting was the sufficient workaround.

And the solution is to disconnect all power, wait about five minutes and then try again. It just works now...smh

I had tried power cycling the console, same issue. Logging on to the site just came up saying too many repeated attempts and the page refreshed itself attempting to log in about 5 times. I ended up solving the problem by changing the password online then
entering the new password onto the console.
