- Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and working properly.

- Sign out of your Microsoft account on your PC and then sign back in.

- If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you are using the one that is linked to your Xbox profile.

- Reset your Microsoft account password and try signing in again.

- Clear the cache of the Xbox app on your PC by going to Settings > Apps > Xbox > Advanced options > Reset.

- If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Xbox Support for further assistance.

What happens when you try to sign into the Windows 10 Xbox app? Is there an error message and error code you receive? In the meantime, please ensure that your Windows 10 PC is fully updated by searching 'Check for updates' through the Start menu.

I have the same error signing in to Xbox Live too. I'm Running Hello Neighbor for Windows 10 PC on Xbox Game Pass.

Hey Eric...yeah I just did that without seeing your message,. I had tried just power cycling it a few times before. I guess by physically removing the power cord and waiting was the sufficient workaround.
