    Sign in difficulty


    Hi,

    I am unable to sign in to xbox live/solitaire. I have:

    - made sure all apps and system are up to date

    - cleared memory

    - uninstalled and then reinstalled solitaire and xbox live apps

    - restarted tablet

    I dont know what else to try.

    The solitaire app says it cant sign in at moment and to check Im connected to internet - which I am.

    The xbox live app just seems to glitch. It starts signing in and then just goes back to sign in page with no message.

    Ive been trying for the last 2 days.

    Using an android tablet.

    Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

    Hey there!

    Let's try these following steps out to see if it helps with the sign-in error. Let us know if it helps!

    1. Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Guide.
    2. Scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.
    3. Within the storage settings screen, select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'.
    4. Your Xbox One console will restart after this, be sure to give it a go after the console boots back up!

    I meet all of those criteria, so it must be technical difficulties. Bummer, I would really love to sign up!
