    So our xbox one will not let us sign in at all. It lets my kids account sign in but not mine or my husbands. We have tried a hard reset and no luck It wont even pull up the option to put in a password.

    Hey there!

    Let's try these following steps out to see if it helps with the sign-in error. Let us know if it helps!

    1. Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Guide.
    2. Scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.
    3. Within the storage settings screen, select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'.
    4. Your Xbox One console will restart after this, be sure to give it a go after the console boots back up!

    Must admit was on the easy side as I'd done perfectional difficulty with no kills in just over 6 hours roughly.

    I have a Gamerscore of 1510 but cannot apply to be an Ambassador

    I meet all of those criteria, so it must be technical difficulties. Bummer, I would really love to sign up!
