    Hello, I have been using more than one Xbox accounts for many years now, and never had any login problems before. The other day i try to login and was asked to put in my password, well of course I didn't have it and now I can not log into this account anymore. I have still know the email address but not the password, I then tried to recover the password but with out any success, I can't log into the email address at all cause I set up this particular email many years ago, and when I try to sign in this email I get the response that this isn't a valid email address anymore. But the strange thing is that I have been using it for my Xbox until a few days ago. I have tried the Microsoft recovery site so many times that I think they blocked me from trying it anymore.? All I want is be able to sign in and use my Xbox account that has all my subscription and games saved to it. There has to be another way, or is this the end of JohnnyRebel562 (Gamertag) If theirs anyone out there who knows what to do and can help me then I'm all ears!!!

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that your account has been blocked. If you receive the message “Your account is currently unavailable" when you try to access your Microsoft account, your account might have been temporarily blocked due to unusually large traffic volume, suspicious activity, or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement or code of conduct.

    If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

    1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

    2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

    3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

    4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

    5. Select Remove again to confirm.

    To check your account status or reactivate your account, go to the Microsoft services account reinstatement page: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=874120

    After filling out and submitting the form, please allow Microsoft to review the information that you shared for at least 24-72 hours. Please monitor the contact email address that you used, including the junk and the spam folder for possible response.

    If you did not receive a response from Microsoft or you have account specific questions, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps:

    Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Verify that you are within the support window listed under Contact hours.

    Click "Contact Us."

    Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.

    View the support articles that are offered on the page to see if they can address your issue. If you need more help, click See contact options.

    Choose the option to "Chat online" or "Request a call" on the following screen, then fill in the required information.

    Did you manage to put your email address in the recovery form?

    If so, please can you try again. If you make so many requests a day, it will block you for 24 hours. After this, it will allow you to make another request.     Unfortunately it's not possible to retrieve lost data, once it has been overwritten on the cloud, the old data is completely lost.

    For fortnite. You can always get it back Relogin with too your fortinite account. For Minecraft you can go to Minecraft press x. If that doesn't work for to manage storage. if none are there. Then I'm sorry.. It's gone.. Hope you the best. Idk why that
    would happen. Hope it's in the cloud saves. tbh
