Sign In Credentials

Trying to download my account onto a different console and its saying there is an issue with credentials too, however I managed to download my other account from a different Xbox onto this one. I went onto the account and changed the password but that hasn't
aolved the problem

Sign In Credentials

So I updated my gamertag on my computer, and It wouldn't refresh on my xbox, so I signed out on my xbox, but then when I went to sign back in, It came up with a message saying "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials your using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com
to fix the problem." but it has nothing on there to do with fixing the problem, and all I just want to do is sign back in. I looked it up and it said to delete that character profile from my settings, So I did so and nothing happened, what do I do?

Hey there Sophia! If you haven't already, can you try Downloading your profile on the console to see if that sorts things out. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

Make sure you are sighing in to live using the correct credentials. You are definitely showing as silver here. Are you using the same credentials to sign into the forums that you use to sign in to live?

In the Windows Search bar, enter "Credential Manager", and select Credential Manager to open it.

Select Windows Credentials.

Scroll down to the section labeled Generic Credentials.

For every item that has "Xbl|2043073184" in the title:

Click on the item to expand it

Select Remove

Confirm you wish to delete that item

Launch Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning.

Note: This may sign you out of most or all Xbox network sign-ins on your PC.
