Sign in/Connection issues with Xbox 360 (x2)

Day 4 of the problem - able to get on for about 20 minutes before getting booted and then not able to reconnect

 

Same here, Teddy sol .. haven't been able to connect since last week, got on for about fifteen minutes today .. just long enough to start something .. and then whammo, kicked off in the middle of it and can't get on again.

Just renewed my Xbox Live Gold, and am wondering if that was wise .. does anyone know if we are going to be reimbursed for the week+ that we've been unable to connect?

 

I'm having the same issue as well, along with trying to delete xbox live and can't even do that! I tried to remove the payment option, only the "removal option" isn't there!

 

I have been without xbox live for 3 days now . Im getting tired of this crap anything microsoft tells me to do i do it , but it only works for 5 mins and kicks me back off WTF.

 

Same issue here for the last three days. Five phone calls to Xbox support and still nothing but "sorry known issue and Xbox status site will be updated." Last I checked, Xbox status page says everything is working. This is bs! PS4 here I come.

 

My service has been on and off (mostly OFF!) here in Ohio since I posted this message. Day 5 for my buddy in Arkansas. Three gamers in this house and only one reliable xbox one console- both 360s are still having issues. Downdetector.com has logged huge
spikes (as in complaint spikes of thousands!) and has mapped the hot spots related to the complaints. Its worth checking out to get an idea of how widespread this is. The fact that it is this widespread and Xbox is simply saying that the status is normal
is what really is ticking me off. I would assume if this were a case of profiles being hacked, that logging into this website would be impossible as well since the logins are the same. So indeed it is something on their end- but why not just come out and say
that there is ongoing maintenance being done and why the silence on their parts? All the complaints I'm reading list only the 360 and none on the xbox one. Very aggrivating as its the time of year when people are taking advantages of sales to get new gaming
goodies or are being given said goodies and not being able to use/play them

 

Same story here. Day 4 of absolute nothing. I haven't even been able to log in for a second

 

Have you guys tried the intial setup in the settings bar. Because that worked for me by restarting the xbox all over again but keeps all your items that you have had

 

At the moment my service has stabilized. I was able to get on yesterday and today. Soo, there is some "hacker" group claiming to be responsible. Saying that xbox live and psn will be attacked this Christmas. Here's to hoping that they are just blowing smoke
out their rears. Otherwise I hope lessons were learned and changes implemented after last years issues.
