Sign in Change Detected

I just got a new XB1 and started playing Witcher 3, after an hour or so I get the message: "sign in change detected" it says "bye Brady" and kicks me back to the title screen. This happens even when I am offline and with no one else using my profile on my
old XB360. When I google the issue it seems to be an older one with 360 but is currently happening on my XB1. Thanks for the help!

Hey,

are you using Kinect to sign in to your Profile? Is this Happening every time after 1 hour in Game?

Just Happening in Witcher 3 or experiencing this by doing anything else on your console?

No not using Kinect and it has happened every time after roughly one hour. And I have pretty much been playing only Witcher with a little Halo every now and then. No issues with Halo thus far. I just deleted my profile off my old XB360 so I'll see if that
does anything. Additionally might try changing password for current profile, deleting profile from XB1 and reinstalling it.

Signing in on Xbox 360 would actually not affect your Xbox One sign-in. You can use the same profile on Xbox One and Xbox 360 at the same time without conflict.

It does sound like your profile is being signed in elsewhere and that's forcing a sign-out, so a password change would be a good precautionary measure.

This evening, I turned on the Xbox. The TV was working in the main tile. I signed in to my wife's profile (not Xbox Gold), opened Skype and set her up so she'd be signed in when I try to Skype her, and then went back to the Home screen. The sound was working,
but I had the No Signal Detected message when I started TV.

I signed her out and signed in as me and the problem persisted.

I started poking around in settings and changed the source type from Auto-Detect to HDMI. The screen resized to 640x480 and it did not scale to fit my display. I went back into settings and changed it back to 1080p and then went back to the Home screen.
I started the TV app and it was working.

I will have to wait to see if it happens again, but it makes sense that it's the Auto-detect feature that is causing the problem.

You may simply sign out from the Xbox app and sign in your other profile. Once signed, check the steps below to make sure you are using your main account in the Store to detect your subscription.

Select your gamerpic, then select Settings.
Under Account, select Change my Microsoft Store account.
Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in to the Store with the Microsoft account that has your subscription.
