    did that and tried to sign in on my xbox, my phone, and my computer, all on diffrent networks and no luck

    You used a code for the game?

    Where did you enter the code in?

    On the console?

    On your computer/phone at the xbox website?

    If done on the computer/phone you need to figure out what account you were signed into when you entered the code in and make sure thats the one that you are signed into on the console.
